Ghorin is built to stay senior-led. Every engagement is owned by Malek with the experience to make architecture decisions correctly the first time, and the team scales to fit the work — trusted collaborators come in when a project genuinely calls for more hands, and they come in fast. The result is a practice that's close enough to every project to actually own the architecture, and structured to move quickly when scope demands it.
